Return most items within 7 days of delivery — as long as they're unused and have their original packaging & tags.

Refund timeline
Once we receive & inspect your return, the refund goes to your original payment method. Razorpay usually posts it within 2 working days after that.
From your order history, pick the item and tap Return.
Use the original packaging and print the label we email you.
Give it to the courier we schedule, or drop at a pickup point.
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap a shade or size, simply place a new order and return the original — both happen independently, so you get your new pick the fastest way possible.
